There were more than 300 pairs of the latest K2 skates tried and tested by the public. Some were out for skate, some were out for a walk and some were out for a family day when they first inquired about the K2 Demo Day. Whatever their reason for being there everyone got to feel the latest softboot technology and top end fitness skates on the market, for FREE. The staff and volunteers were kept busy showing, fitting and teaching newbies all day. For those who had the time and the speed Ben Annear and Darren Thomas headed off for a couple of Fun Skates throughout the day. Red Bull sponsored the Set-up and delivered an endless supply of Red Bull energy drinks... very handee after a long Fun Skate. At the end of the festivities everyone was tired and already talking about the next K2 Demo Day.
