2002 MSC Williamstown Skate
Saturday 27 April 2002, Williamstown-Altona-West Gate Bridge, 9:00am start.

If you can skate the distance you deserve a drink.........

Over the river there are some VIRGIN paths that you have to skate to believe.  Over 50km of smooth wide paths that stretch along the foreshore, weave through the rifle range and wind around to the Westgate Bridge.

The flat long stretches of path lend themselves to classic outdoor skating.

Here is where you can really stretch out your stride.  If you prefer to cruise through the historic sites and learn about the "Race Track" or the "Angling Club" or stop by Mark "the Poo" Phillipousous place to say hi, you can.

There is sure to be a section of this skate where you will "Feel the need for Speed"

Join the MSC members for an extended training skate and refreshments with thanks to PJ & family.  You will meet at the Rifle Range, skate for 90 minutes then have a break.  For the dedicated road enthusiasts you will be able to push-off for the second skate of 90 minutes to the Westgate Bridge and back in time for Brunch.

Suitable for intermediate and advanced skaters. Remember to wear a helmet and drink fluids before, during and after your skate.

Cost is $15 ($10 members)
